Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Horizenex OÜ collects on horizenex.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it short and honest: we collect very little.
Who we are
Horizenex OÜ is a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17362517), address: Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia. Horizenex OÜ is the data controller for the processing described below. For anything related to your personal data, write to [email protected].
What data we collect
The only place where this site collects personal data is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- your name and email address, as you enter them;
- the text of your message;
- technical details of the request (IP address, browser identifier and time), used solely for spam and abuse protection.
In addition, our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, requested URL, time of request).
Why we process it
We use this data for one purpose: to read your inquiry and reply to it. The legal bases are taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in protecting the site from spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Service providers
To operate the site we use a small number of providers acting as data processors:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers contact-form messages to our mailbox;
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.) hosts our corporate mailbox;
- OVH (OVH SAS, France) hosts the site on servers in the EU;
- Cloudflare Inc. provides the content delivery network and protection in front of the site.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted. Anti-spam records (IP-based rate limiting) are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Server logs are rotated on a regular schedule.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics identifiers. The only thing stored in your browser is a technical “performance mode” flag in sessionStorage; it contains no personal data and disappears when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy in a portable format. Just email [email protected] and we will reply within the statutory time limits. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. We do not change the rules silently.
